Saint March

Following is a series of images documenting a collective installation/multi-media assemblage for which a group of local artists collaboratively created the body of a fictitious saint, selling the body parts as relics.  The proceeds were used to fund a temporary gallery space curated by members of Saint March Collective as part of the Arts on South program, (a portion of the proceeds were donated to the Gift of Life organ donor program).  The Arts on South program, initiated in 2009, allowed local artists to utilize empty storefronts on South Street as exhibition spaces rent-free.
